Lane to return for senior season

Texas A&M running back Jorvorskie Lane said that he will return in 2008 for his senior season at Texas A&M.

Texas A&M running back Jorvorskie Lane announced on Monday night that he will return in 2008 for his senior season.

"I thought about (leaving) but my degree is too important to me," Lane said.

Lane has run for 2,066 yards and a school-record 44 touchdowns in his three years at A&M, including 746 yards and 16 touchdowns in 2007.
