Cedar Hill receiver Quincy Adeboyejo decommitted from Texas A&M on Sunday night.
Mastrogiovanni Switches Pledge
"Yessir, I committed to A&M," Mastrogiovanni said via text Sunday evening.
After Texas A&M's surprising 11-2 record in its inaugural SEC campaign, the coaching staff has seen renewed interest from several recruiting targets that chose other programs during the past spring and summer. However, the successful run through the SEC even surprised the A&M staff as they filled up the 2013 class prior to the start of the season, anticipating a rougher ride in the fall.
Mastrogiovanni was one of those recruits that inquired about Texas A&M's availability in the 2013 class in recent weeks. But, there were no spots available at the time. That changed on Sunday with the departure of Adeboyejo, and the 6-foot-2, 230-pound middle linebacker took the vacated spot when offered after decommitting from the Oklahoma Sooners.
